Uživanje za sve ukućane: Salata od 7 slojeva sa piletinom

Bogata na oko, praktična i ukusna, ova “salata” je uživanje za sve ukućane.

SASTOJCI

3 šolje gotovo pasirane kuvane piletine

1/2 glavice zelene salate, iseckane

1 šolja organskog graška, odmrznutog

1 šolja organskog kukuruza šećerca, odmrznutog

1 šolja maslina (crnih ili zelenih) bez koštica

1 šolja iseckanog celera

1 šolja čeri paradajiza, isečenog na polovine

ZA PRELIV

1 šolja grčkog jogurta

morska so i sveže mrvljeni crni biber, po četvrtina kašičice od oba

sok jednog limuna

1 kašika senfa

2 čena belog luka, mlevenog

1 kašika organskog meda

PRIPREMA

U manjoj posudi izmešajte sve sastojke koji idu u preliv. I stavite ih u frižider da se ohlade dok vi pripremate salatu.

Za salatu je najbolje da uzmete staklenu veiku posudu.

Prvi sloj je sitno seckana kuvana piletina.

Drugi sloj čini čeri paradajiz.

Treći sloj masline.

Četvrti sloj grašak.

Peti sloj celer.

Šesti sloj kukuruz.

Sedmi sloj zelena salata.

Na kraju sipajte preliv i predlog je da salata odstoji 24h u frižideru, do služenja.
