										<description>Nijedna vezba ne moze da promeni kostanu muskulaturu (ono sto vam je genetika dala sto se tice kostiju). Zgibovi i vertikalno veslanje rade latove. Ramena i arnold presa deltoide. Recimo arnol press + shoulder press + lateral raise + vertical row + max broj zgibova. Btw. ako bucice pri bocnom dizanju podizete iznad nivoa ramena tada radite trapezoide vise nego latove.</description>
