										<description>ziva istina kad odem u teretanu prvo pitanje je obicno cista glupost. niko ne moze da veruje da ruke mogu biti ekstra razvijene i definisane samo zgibovima. Ja recimo radim bar 100 zgibova dnevno vec 2 meseca i bolji napredak imam u rukama,grudima,ledjima nego drugovi koji se rasturaju od tegova i nekih modernih sprava :) pozz</description>
